1. How can i get proxies?

First of all you need to have some balance or activated socks proxy package.
You can either purchase single SOCKS proxies or get a package which provides you daily limit. Every package has a different amount of proxies you can get per day.
After that you can get proxy by clicking on it's masked ip address. You can also select multiple proxies and fetch them using a button at the buttom of the page.

2.My proxy does not work, can you help?

3. I want to get proxy as IP:PORT not sx.premsocks.com:PORT. My software does not support domains/hostnames

You can go to account settings and set option "Show proxy as IP" to enabled.
This will make proxy fetch in IP:PORT format.

4. Where can i find my proxy history or proxies i bought?

Go to Socks List page and click on "Proxy History" page. It displays fetched proxies in last 8 hours.

5. How do I activate SOCKS proxy package?

After you've deposited some funds you can activate your proxy package by going to here.

6. How do I deposit funds to my account?

To deposit funds in our socks proxy shop you need to have e-currency such as BitCoin or PerfectMoney.

7. Do I have to activate package to get your private proxy?

No you don't. You can always get single proxies for fixed price. Make sure you've deposited some funds to the service and available balance.

Your balance is shown at the top of the site. You will see the proxies that you've left after you activate a socks proxy package.
