To improve customer experience, automated refund system is provided by PremSocks to mitigate issues related to short-lifetime proxies.

7. Refunds Policy
Proxies and packages purchased using this web-site are non-refundable due to their digital and short-term use nature. PremSocks allows the users to refund the non-working proxy servers using automated refund system provided in one of subpages. The system will refund you the payment for unusable proxy to user's on-site balance. In case when the user has purchased subscription also known as "package", then the user will have daily limit increased by the number of refunded proxies. All deposits made to the user account are final and non-refundable.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on PremSocks's web site could include typographical, technical, or photographic errors. PremSocks does not provide any warranty that any of the materials on our website are complete, accurate or current. PremSocks can make changes any time, to the materials included on its web site at any time without further notice or information.
